Midnight Weather 0.94.2-beta — Bip Max device-test build

Development build for Bip Max model 11206915, version 0.94.2-beta. Exact source commit: 2899ca775e95cd9d7e59019d1f036e0891387c5c.

  Candidate changes

  • Reworked the time popup visuals with appearance-specific backgrounds while preserving its time controls.
  • Matched popup PNG dimensions to the native image widgets: Back 53×53, five actions 44×44, across both icon modes and six themes.
  • Reduced avoidable work around battery profiling and editor lifecycle transitions, and strengthened responsiveness and lifecycle checks.
  • Improved Settings/About diagnostics and their runtime coverage.

  Evidence and limits

  • Six targeted local checks passed for the earlier candidate a185ecca for the time popup, Settings overview/About, editor lifecycle, responsiveness, About counters, and battery profiler.
  • Forgejo run 1107 passed the feature source-check workflow for the earlier candidate a185ecca only. This dev-device workflow builds the exact merged dev source 2899ca775e95cd9d7e59019d1f036e0891387c5c and runs package-only validation before publication.
  • These checks do not establish physical-watch behavior or startup timing. No physical watch test is reported for this build; physical acceptance remains pending.
